The cuisine of India is a chant of patience — we sing it slowly, near the sea.

Our Heritage

From the bazaars of Old Delhi,
to the shores of Bali.

A chowk (चौक) is the meeting square of an Indian city — where merchants haggle, where elders tell stories, where the perfume of saffron, cardamom and burning ghee mingles in the air. We carry that square with us.

Our recipes are inherited from the kitchens of Lucknow, the tandoors of Amritsar and the seaside curries of Kerala. They are prepared in Bali by hands that have not forgotten — and served beneath ceilings that remember.

Three Sanctuaries

One soul, three addresses.

Each Chowk is shaped by the corner of Bali it stands in — but the kitchen, the welcome, and the patience are the same.
